We’re very sorry to hear that the shirts no longer fit the way you expected. We completely understand how frustrating that can be.

While cotton garments can experience some natural shrinkage over time, we’re confident that our shirts should not shrink significantly during the washing process itself. The most common cause of noticeable shrinkage is machine DRYING, which is why we include a care disclaimer recommending that the shirts not be put in the dryer.
