Bearly Tees is a small business built with a lot of love for the community, and since the very first day we launched, 99.99% of the people weโve interacted with have been an absolute joy. Truly. The support, kindness, and encouragement weโve received means the world to us.
Butโฆ like with anything in life, there is always that tiny percentage of situations that make it necessary to have a few rules and guardrails in place.
So before you even read the official policy below, we want to say this first:

At Bearly Tees we want you to love your tees as much as we loved making them. If something isnโt right, weโre here to help and will do our best to make it right.
Because our products are printed on demand, we ask customers to review sizing carefully before ordering.
If you need to request a return, please reach out within 14 days of delivery so we can assist you.

How to Start a Return
If you would like to request a return, the first and quickest step is to reach out to us directly at:

Please include your order number and a short description of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
If your request qualifies for a return or exchange, we will provide instructions for the next steps.

Returns & Exchanges:
If a return is approved, items must be:
โข Unworn
โข Unwashed
โข In original condition
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or there was a mistake with the order.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund to the original payment method.
* We are happy to assist with one size exchange per order when available.
For hygiene and quality reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear.
All returned items are inspected upon arrival. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of deodorant marks, pet hair, odors, stains, or any other signs of wear.
Missing, lost or stolen items:
If your order is marked as delivered and you did not receive the order, you must file a claim with the courier. Often times Fedex or UPS is able to track down the missing package. Other times we are able to provide a replacement if the courier admits fault. These are handled on a case by case basis. Unfortunately, we are not able to cover or replace items stolen after they are marked as delivered.ย

Damaged or Incorrect Items
While rare, damaged or misprinted items can occasionally happen during production or shipping. We take these situations very seriously and will work quickly to resolve them.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
1. Email bearlytees@gmail.com
2. Include your order number
3. Attach a clear photo of the issue
Photos help us properly report the problem to our production partner and speed up the resolution. In these cases we will rush to replace the item or issue a refund.

Items Not Eligible for Return
To keep our small business sustainable, we do not accept returns for:
โข Buyerโs remorse (change of mind, preference for a different style, etc.)
โข Sizing issues when multiple sizes of the same design were ordered
โข Items purchased during promotions, including but not limited to BOGO offers, free shipping promotions, or similar discounts
โข Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
Orders that contain multiple sizes of the same design may not be eligible for return, as this often indicates โbracketingโ purchases.

Because our tees are printed on demand, we cannot guarantee returns for sizing issues.
