General Information:

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order using the original method of payment within 5 business days.ย 

Delivery Location:

Items offered on our website are available for delivery to addresses in the USA. Any shipments outside of the United States of America are not currently available at this time.ย 

Delivery Time:

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. -ย 

Domestic (USA) Orders: 7-10 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping during promotional periods indicated on the checkout and for the orders exceeding $79 . Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.ย 

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

Damaged Items in Transport:

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at bearlytees@gmail.com.

Item limit per order

To ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience, we limit the purchase quantity to a maximum of 5 items per order. If you wish to purchase more than 5 items, please contact us directly at bearlytees@gmail.com to discuss bulk order arrangements. We are committed to providing excellent service to our customers, and this policy helps us manage our inventory effectively and provide better discounts for larger orders.

For bulk purchases:

  • We will work with you to offer a customized quote and potential discounts based on the order size.ย 
  • This process ensures that bulk orders are handled with care and precision, avoiding any accidental large orders that might cause inconvenience.

Missing, Lost or Stolen items:

If your order is marked as delivered and you did not receive the order, you must file a claim with the courier. Often times Fedex or UPS is able to track down the missing package. Other times we are able to provide a replacement if the courier admits fault. These are handled on a case by case basis. Unfortunately, we are not able to cover or replace items stolen after they are marked as delivered.
